3.1 You are deemed to have accepted these Terms when you create an account, place an Order or use the Platform. This is a binding electronic contract under the Electronic Transactions Law and the E-Commerce Law.
3.2 If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
3.3 A Product page may include specific terms, such as schedules, attendance rules or a refund schedule. Where they conflict with these Terms, the Product page terms apply to that Product.
3.4 If you use the Platform on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it.
3.5 No provision of these Terms affects the rights guaranteed to consumers by Saudi laws, which may not be waived.
4.1 You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to contract. For a Learner under 18 years of age, the parent or guardian handles registration, payment and acceptance of these Terms on the Learner's behalf, and remains responsible for the Learner's use.
4.2 Provide accurate and complete information and update it when it changes. Your name must match your official ID in order to receive a certificate, and some programs require your National ID or Iqama number.
4.3 Each person may have one account. Do not share your login details with anyone else, as you are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
4.4 When you purchase as a guest, we create an account for you using the email address you entered so that we can deliver your Product, and we send you your login details.
4.5 We may ask you to verify your identity, for example with a one-time verification code.
5.1 Our role. We operate the Platform, process payments, issue tax invoices and provide customer service. Unless the checkout page or the tax invoice states otherwise, Al Alamah Al Mumayazah Information Technology Company is the seller.
5.2 Partners' role. The Partner named on the Product page is the one who prepares the content and provides the training, assessment and certificate, and is responsible for their accuracy and quality. We select our Partners carefully and require them to meet our standards. We do not prepare or teach their content unless the Product page states that we are the content provider.
5.3 Partner Sites. These Terms and the Policies apply to all Partner Sites. Al Alamah Al Mumayazah IT processes payments on them through the Brands Education checkout page. A Partner may publish its academic regulations, which then apply to academic matters. These Terms apply to accounts, payments, refunds and use of the Platform.
5.4 Third-party systems. Some Products are used on the publisher's or testing body's system. That system has its own terms and privacy policy, which you must accept in order to use it.
5.5 Enrollment through an organization. If your employer, school or sponsoring organization enrolled you, it may view your progress and results. Its agreement with us governs payment and refunds for that enrollment.
6.1 Recorded courses. Recorded lessons and materials that you follow at your own pace during the access period.
6.2 Live sessions and programs. Classes, workshops, training cohorts, diplomas and one-to-one sessions held live online. The Product page states the dates, times and number of seats.

6.5 Free content. We may offer free Products or previews, and these Terms apply to them.
6.6 We describe each Product as accurately as possible: content, provider, language, duration, requirements, price and type of certificate. Images are for illustration only.
6.7 We may update, replace or withdraw any Product. If we withdraw a Product you paid for before your access period ends, you may choose a similar Product or a refund proportional to the remaining period.
7.1 Placing an Order. Your Order is an offer by you to purchase. The contract is formed when we confirm the Order by email or on screen after successful payment.
7.2 Prices. Prices are displayed in Saudi riyals (SAR). VAT at the applicable rate, currently 15%, is either included in the price or shown before payment. If the Platform displays another currency for reference, the charge is made in Saudi riyals and your bank's exchange rate and fees apply.
7.3 Price changes. We may change prices at any time. A change does not affect an Order we have already confirmed.
7.4 Payment methods. Card and digital wallet payments are processed through HyperPay, a payment services provider licensed by the Saudi Central Bank. These methods currently include mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and STC Pay. Installment payment is also available through Tabby and Tamara, both companies licensed by the Saudi Central Bank. Installment payment is subject to the provider's approval and terms, and the repayment agreement is directly between you and the provider. The methods offered may vary depending on the Product or the Order value.
7.5 Card security. You enter your card details in the payment service provider's secure form. We do not receive or store your full card number or security code. Your bank may require additional verification (3-D Secure).

7.10 Failed or pending payments. If the amount was charged and you did not receive a confirmation, contact us and attach the transaction reference. We will complete the Order or return the amount.
7.11 Refusing an Order. We may refuse or cancel an Order in the event of suspected fraud, an error in the listing, unavailability of seats or stock, or a breach of these Terms. We will refund any amount paid in full.
7.12 Unjustified chargebacks. If a customer files an abusive chargeback against a valid payment, the Company has the right to immediately suspend the customer's account and cancel their access to all Products until the dispute is settled, and to charge the customer the resulting fees, customs charges and administrative expenses.
7.13 Deduction of payment processing costs. For refunds made for reasons not attributable to an error or defect on the part of the Company or the Platform, the Company reserves the right to deduct from the refunded amount the bank payment processing fees that are non-refundable by the service providers, where permitted by applicable laws.
8.1 Digital Products. Courses and e-books become available in your account as soon as payment is confirmed. Access Codes and vouchers are displayed on screen and sent by email, usually within minutes.
8.2 If you do not receive a digital Product within 24 hours, check your spam folder and then contact us.
8.3 Access period. You use the course during the access period stated on the Product page. If no period is stated, access continues for as long as the course is offered on the Platform, and for no less than 12 months from the date of purchase. Live programs end on their announced end date. Recordings, if any, remain available for the stated period.
8.4 Access Code validity. The publisher or testing body sets the validity period and the activation deadline. Activate your code before it expires.
8.5 Printed books. We ship to the address you provide within the period stated at checkout. Shipping fees and any customs duties are shown before payment. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
8.6 Delays. If delivery or the start of a service is delayed by more than 15 days beyond the agreed date, you may cancel the Order and receive a full refund, together with any costs resulting from the delay, in accordance with the E-Commerce Law, unless the delay is due to force majeure. We will notify you of any delay we anticipate.
8.7 Technical requirements. You need a suitable device, an up-to-date browser and a stable internet connection. The minimum requirements are set out in the General Policies and on the Product page.

"Days" means calendar days unless stated to be Business Days. What counts is the time we receive your request.
2.1 The E-Commerce Law allows you to rescind the contract within 7 days from the date of contracting for the service or from the date of receiving the Product, unless you have used it or benefited from it.
2.2 The Law excludes certain cases from this right. Those relevant here are: books and printed materials, software delivered by download, and products made to your specifications.
2.3 If this policy grants you more than the Law grants, this policy applies. No provision of this policy detracts from any right guaranteed to you by the Law.
2.4 Products that are defective, do not match their description, or are not delivered are always covered, whatever the Product type. See Clause 10.
3.1 You receive a full refund if all of the following conditions are met:
3.2 Bundles and learning paths are refunded as a single Product. The 20% is calculated on the bundle as a whole.
3.3 A course you obtained for free, with a gift code, or through a promotional offer without payment has no cash value and is not refundable.
3.4 After a refund, your access to the course ends and your progress records in it are deleted.
This clause covers training cohorts, workshops, seminars, bootcamps and diplomas.
| When we receive your request | What you get |
|---|---|
| 7 days or more before the first session | 100% refund |
| Less than 7 days before the first session | Your choice: a free transfer to a later date, 100% as Platform Credit, or an 85% refund |
| After the start and before 20% of the live sessions have been delivered | A refund of the value of the sessions not delivered minus 15%, or a transfer of the remaining value to a later date |
| After 20% of the live sessions have been delivered | No refund |
4.1 Statutory right. If you purchased the program less than 7 days ago and have not attended any session or opened its materials, you receive a 100% refund.
4.2 The 15% covers the cost of reserving the seat and administrative expenses. It is not deducted in the cases set out in Clause 10.
4.3 Missing a session, low attendance, or failing an assessment does not give rise to a right to a refund.
4.4 Transfer. You are entitled to transfer once to a date within 12 months if seats are available. You pay any price difference, or it is credited to you. You are also entitled to assign your seat to another person before the start, provided you notify us at least two Business Days in advance and that person meets the admission requirements.
4.5 Program-specific schedules. A diploma or long program may publish its own refund schedule on the Product page. That schedule applies to the program instead of the table above. Clauses 2 and 10 remain in effect.
4.6 Installments. If you pay in installments, the same rules apply to the total price of the program. We return to you anything you paid in excess of the amount due, and you pay any shortfall.
5.1 This clause applies to semester (or program) fees paid for academic programs, and periods are calculated from the program's announced study start date:
5.2 The registration fee (if any) is a non-refundable administrative fee and is considered part of the tuition fees due, except where the program is canceled by the Platform or the academic Partner.
5.3 Withdrawal requests are submitted in writing through the account or the official communication channels, and the date the request is received is what counts in calculating the periods.
5.4 Amounts due are refunded by the same method used for payment within 14 Business Days of the request being approved.
5.5 For programs paid in installments, the percentages are calculated on the total semester fees and deducted from the amounts actually paid, and the student must pay any difference due.
6.1 You may cancel or reschedule a booked session free of charge up to 24 hours before its scheduled time.
6.2 If you cancel after that, or do not join within 15 minutes of the start time, the session is counted as delivered.
6.3 If the trainer cancels the session, is more than 15 minutes late, or does not attend, you choose either a new time or a full refund of the value of that session.
6.4 First-session guarantee. If your first session with a new trainer does not meet your expectations, notify us within 48 hours. We will offer you a replacement session with another trainer or refund the value of your unused sessions.
6.5 Packages. The value of unused sessions in a package is refundable within 30 days of purchase. The refund amount equals what you paid minus the sessions used, calculated at the single-session price. After 30 days, unused sessions remain valid until the package's expiry date but are not refundable.
7.1 These products are delivered instantly and can be used only once. Therefore, their value is not refundable once the code has been issued to you, except as provided in this clause. You confirm your awareness of this at payment.
7.2 Before purchasing, check the title, edition, international number (ISBN), level, region, validity period and device requirements. Ask us if you are not sure.
7.3 Non-delivery. If you do not receive the code within 3 Business Days of payment, you may cancel the Order and receive a full refund.
7.4 Invalid code. If the code does not work, notify us within 14 days of delivery and before it expires, attaching the error message or a screenshot. We will verify with the publisher or testing body. If the defect is confirmed, we will send a replacement code within 5 Business Days or refund you in full.
7.5 Unused code. If you submit your request within 7 days of purchase and the publisher confirms that the code has not been activated and cancels it, we will refund you or replace it with the correct Product. This is not available once the code has been activated.
7.6 We cannot refund a code that has expired, been activated, or been shared with another person. This also applies to a code purchased for a system or region that it does not support, where the Product page stated this.
7.7 Exam vouchers are also subject to the testing body's rules on booking, rescheduling and retakes.
8.1 An e-book read in the Platform's reader is refundable within 7 days of purchase if you have not read more than 20% of it and have not printed it.
8.2 An e-book delivered as a downloadable file is not refundable once downloaded, unless the file is defective.
8.3 An Access Code included with an e-book is subject to Clause 7.
9.1 Change of mind. You may return a printed book within 7 days of receipt if it is unused, in its original packaging, and any Access Code included with it has not been touched. You bear the cost of return shipping. We refund the price of the book excluding the original shipping fees.
9.2 Damaged, defective or incorrect Product. Notify us within 7 days of receipt and attach photos. We will replace the Product or refund the full amount including shipping, at no cost to you.
9.3 Late delivery. If delivery is more than 15 days later than the agreed date, you may cancel the Order and receive a full refund, together with any costs resulting from the delay, in accordance with the E-Commerce Law.
9.4 We inspect returned products upon arrival, and the refund is issued after inspection.
You receive a full refund, without any deduction, in the following cases:
If part of the program was properly delivered, the refund covers the part that was not delivered.
12.1 Go to "My Orders" in your account and select "Request Refund", or email us at support@brandseducation.com from the email address registered to your account.
12.2 State the Order number, the Product and the reason. Attach screenshots for technical issues or invalid codes.
12.3 We acknowledge receipt within one Business Day and notify you of our decision within 5 Business Days. If we reject the request, we explain the reason and how to appeal.
13.1 We refund the amount to the payment method you used. We do not refund in cash or to another person's card or account.
| Payment method | Where the amount is returned | Usual time after approval |
|---|---|---|
| mada | The same mada card | 3 to 10 Business Days |
| Visa or Mastercard | The same card | 7 to 14 Business Days |
| Apple Pay | The card linked to the Apple Pay transaction | That card's timeframe |
| STC Pay | Your STC Pay wallet | 3 to 10 Business Days |
| Tabby or Tamara | The installment provider itself, which adjusts your remaining installments or returns what you have paid | According to the provider's terms |
| Bank transfer, if available | An account in the payer's name (IBAN required) | 5 to 10 Business Days |
13.2 We send approved refunds to the payment service provider within 5 Business Days. The periods above are approximate and depend on your bank or wallet provider.
13.3 If the original payment method is no longer available, for example because the card has been closed, we will ask for an IBAN in your name and may request proof of this.
13.4 Platform Credit. If you choose credit instead of a refund, it is added to your account immediately. The credit is valid for 12 months and is personal to you. It is not converted to cash unless the law requires it.
14.1 The refund is calculated on the amount you actually paid for the Product, including VAT. We issue a credit note for the tax invoice.
14.2 If you used a coupon or discount, you receive back what you paid, not the listed price. Promotional credit used on the Order is returned as credit if it has not expired.
14.3 If you purchased several products in a single Order, each Product is assessed individually. An Order-level discount is allocated across the products in proportion to their prices.
14.4 Deduction of payment processing costs. For monetary refunds made for reasons not attributable to an error or defect on the part of the Company or the Platform (such as a change of mind), the Company reserves the right to deduct from the refunded amount the bank payment processing fees that are not refundable by the service providers, where permitted by applicable laws.
15.1 Please contact us before disputing the transaction with your bank. We can usually resolve the issue faster.
15.2 While a chargeback is under review, we may suspend access to the Product concerned. If the bank rules in your favor, the Order is canceled and no second refund is due.
15.3 We may refuse refunds and close accounts used for refund abuse, such as copying content and then requesting a refund, or repeatedly purchasing and requesting refunds.
15.4 Unjustified chargebacks. If a customer files an abusive chargeback against a valid payment, the Company is entitled to immediately suspend the customer's account and revoke their access to all products until the dispute is settled, and to charge the customer the resulting fees, customs charges and administrative expenses.
16.1 This policy applies to all Partner Sites, because Al Alamah Al Mumayazah IT is the entity that processes payments.
16.2 If a Partner program has its own schedule under Clause 4.5, we apply that schedule and carry out the refund.
16.3 Orders placed by companies, schools or sponsoring organizations are governed by their contract with us. The Learner should contact the organization that paid.
If illness, the death of a relative, or another serious circumstance prevents you from continuing a live program, email us and attach supporting documents. We review each case individually and may offer a transfer, credit or partial refund outside the usual rules.
If you disagree with a refund decision, request a review within 14 days. Another staff member will review it and respond within 10 Business Days. You may also contact the Ministry of Commerce. The complaints procedure is set out in the General Policies.

Effective date: 18-10-2026 · Applies to brandseducation.com and all Partner Sites
These Policies set out the rules for learning on Brands Education. They apply to every Learner, trainer and Partner, and are consistent with the standards of the National eLearning Center (NELC). A program may add stricter rules on its Product page.
1.1 These Policies form part of the Terms and Conditions.
1.2 They cover conduct, academic integrity, use of artificial intelligence, attendance, certificates, communication, support, accessibility, intellectual property, security and complaints.
1.3 On a Partner Site, the Partner's academic regulations also apply to its programs. If they conflict with these Policies on an academic matter, the Partner's regulations prevail for that program.
2.1 Treat Learners, trainers and staff with respect, in class, in forums and in messages.
2.2 You are prohibited from:
2.3 In live sessions: arrive on time, use your real name, keep your microphone muted until you are invited to speak, and follow the trainer's instructions regarding the camera and chat.
2.4 Actions. Depending on the severity of the violation, we may issue a caution or a written warning, remove content, remove you from the session, or suspend or close your account. Serious cases may be referred to the competent authorities.
3.1 What you submit must be your own work. Honesty in assessment protects the value of your certificate.
3.2 Violations include:
3.3 Prevention and detection. We may use identity verification, question banks, time limits, similarity checking, activity logs and online exam proctoring where the program provides for it.
3.4 Procedure.
3.5 Sanctions are graduated according to severity and repetition:
| Level | Example | Possible outcome |
|---|---|---|
| Minor, first time | Failing to cite a source, limited unauthorized assistance | Written warning, resubmission, grade deduction |
| Serious | Copied assignment, cheating in a graded exam, undisclosed AI use in a restricted task | Zero for the assessment, repeating the unit |
| Severe or repeated | Impersonation, paying someone to complete the work, forged documents, exam fraud | Failing the program, withholding or revoking the certificate, suspending or closing the account, with no refund |
3.6 Appeal. You may appeal within 7 days of the decision. A different reviewer decides within 10 Business Days. The appeal decision is final within the Platform.
3.7 Cases are handled confidentially. In Partner programs, the Partner's disciplinary regulations apply and we cooperate with the Partner.
4.1 Each assessment states the level that applies. If none is stated, Level 2 applies.
| Level | Rule |
|---|---|
| 1. Not permitted | AI tools are not to be used. The task measures your own knowledge or skill |
| 2. Assistive | AI may help you with understanding, planning or proofreading. The work you submit and its ideas must be your own. State which tool you used and how you used it |
| 3. Integrated | AI use is expected. Document what you entered and what was produced as the task requires, and verify the results |
4.2 You are responsible for the accuracy of everything you submit, including AI output. Using AI without disclosure where disclosure is required is an integrity violation.
4.3 Do not enter other people's personal data, confidential information or assessment questions into AI tools.
4.4 Our use of AI. If the Platform or a trainer uses AI, for example to draft feedback or suggest content, a human remains responsible for grades and decisions. You may request a human review of any result.
4.5 Data extraction and AI training. It is strictly prohibited to use the Platform or any of its software, interfaces, designs, or educational or textual content to train artificial intelligence models or machine learning algorithms, to use automated data-collection tools, or to use intelligent software to transcribe and download lessons, without the Company's express prior written consent.
5.1 Live programs. The Platform records attendance. Unless the Product page sets a different rule, attendance of at least 75% of live session time is required to obtain the certificate.
5.2 You may be marked absent if you join more than 15 minutes after the session starts.
5.3 Excused absence. Notify the trainer or support before the session where possible, or within 3 Business Days, and attach evidence supporting your excuse. An accepted excuse may allow you to watch the recording or attend a make-up session. It does not create a right to a refund.
5.4 Technical interruption. If a fault on our side interrupts the session, we will reschedule it or provide its recording, and your attendance will not be affected. If the problem is on your side, notify support during the session or immediately afterward. We review the logs and decide fairly.
5.5 Recorded courses. Completion is measured by lessons watched and activities passed. The Product page states what is required to obtain the certificate.
6.1 Each program publishes its assessment methods and their weightings, the passing grade and the deadlines before enrollment or at the start.
6.2 Results and feedback are released within the period specified by the program or, if no period is specified, within 10 Business Days of the deadline.
6.3 Result review. You may request a review within 7 days of receiving the result. It is reviewed by a specialist other than the person who assigned the original grade, who responds within 10 Business Days.
6.4 Late submission and retakes are subject to the rules set out on the Product page. If no rules are stated, one resubmission or one retake is allowed.
6.5 Certificates are issued electronically within 10 Business Days of meeting all requirements and carry a verification code. The name on the certificate is the name registered in your account.
6.6 A certificate may be withheld or revoked due to an integrity violation, incorrect identity or unpaid fees.
7.1 The official channels are:
7.2 We do not run public WhatsApp or Telegram groups. Any group using our name is unofficial. Do not share your password or verification codes with anyone, even if they claim to be one of our staff.
7.3 Response times.
| Channel | We aim to respond within |
|---|---|
| Support request or email | One Business Day |
| Question to the trainer within the course | 3 Business Days |
| Complaint | Acknowledgment of receipt within two Business Days, and resolution within 10 Business Days |
| Refund request | Decision within 5 Business Days |
7.4 Keep your messages course-related, clear and polite. Do not post personal contact details in public forums.
7.5 Escalation. If you do not receive a response within the specified time, email info@brandseducation.com and quote the ticket number.
8.1 Support is available Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Riyadh time, via the Help Center, support@brandseducation.com and +966 55 049 0666. Urgent issues during live sessions take priority over others.
8.2 The Help Center includes guides for common tasks, such as signing in, joining a session and activating a code.
8.3 Minimum requirements: a computer, tablet or smartphone with an up-to-date browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox), a stable internet connection of at least 5 Mbps for live video streaming, and a working microphone and camera for interactive sessions.
8.4 We announce scheduled maintenance in advance where possible and carry it out outside peak hours.
8.5 Access Codes used on a publisher's platform are supported by the publisher for technical issues on its platform. We help you reach the relevant party.
9.1 We take care to ensure that every Learner can use the Platform, including persons with disabilities.
9.2 We work to meet recognized accessibility standards: readable contrast, keyboard navigation, captions or transcripts where available, and mobile-friendly pages.
9.3 If you need accommodations, such as extra time in assessments or materials in another format, let us know before the program starts or as soon as possible. We and the Partner make reasonable accommodations that do not lower the standard being assessed.
9.4 We do not discriminate between Learners for any reason. The admission requirements are those set out on the Product page.
10.1 To maintain the quality of interaction, each live program sets the maximum number of Learners per trainer and states it on the Product page.
10.2 Unless the Product page provides otherwise, interactive live classes do not exceed 50 Learners per trainer. There is no limit for public seminars and recorded courses.
11.1 Sessions may be recorded so that Learners can review them, and for quality and compliance purposes. The trainer or the tool notifies you when recording starts.
11.2 If you do not wish to appear, keep your camera off and use the text chat. Tell the trainer if you have any concerns.
11.3 Recordings are available only to the enrolled cohort and authorized staff, for the period set out in the Privacy Policy. We do not use a recording in which you appear for marketing without your written consent.
11.4 Learners are prohibited from recording sessions themselves.
12.1 Course materials are for your personal learning. The rules on copying and sharing are set out in the Terms and Conditions.
12.2 Trainers and Partners must use only content they own or are licensed to use, and must cite their sources.
12.3 Reporting infringement. If you believe that content on the Platform infringes your copyright or trademark, send a notice to info@brandseducation.com that includes:
12.4 We acknowledge receipt of the notice within two Business Days and review it. We remove or restrict the content if the notice is substantiated. We notify the person who posted the content, who may respond. Anyone who repeatedly infringes loses their account.
13.1 Use a strong password that is unique to the Platform. Keep your email and mobile number up to date so that you receive verification codes.
13.2 Sign out of shared devices. Do not install tools that bypass the Platform's security.
13.3 Report phishing messages, any suspicious activity or any vulnerability you discover to support@brandseducation.com. Do not test, exploit or disclose the vulnerability.
13.4 We may temporarily lock an account to protect it, and we will tell you how to recover it.
14.1 Anyone may submit a complaint about a Product, a decision, a person's conduct or the Platform.
| Step | What happens | Timeframe |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Submission | Use the complaints form in your account or email info@brandseducation.com. State the facts, the dates and what you are requesting | Not applicable |
| 2. Acknowledgment | We acknowledge receipt and provide you with a reference number | Two Business Days |
| 3. Handling | The responsible team investigates and responds in writing | 10 Business Days |
| 4. Appeal | If you are not satisfied, request a review by a more senior official who was not involved in the decision | Request within 7 days; response within 10 Business Days |
14.2 Complaints are handled fairly and confidentially. No one will be penalized for a complaint made in good faith.
14.3 In Partner programs, academic appeals are considered under the Partner's procedure. We help you reach the Partner and follow up with them.
14.4 External bodies. You may also contact the National eLearning Center (NELC) on e-learning matters, the Ministry of Commerce on consumer matters, and SDAIA on personal data matters.
15.1 Anyone under 18 years of age may participate only with the consent, and under the supervision, of their parent or guardian.
15.2 A parent or guardian may request information about the minor's progress and may contact support on the minor's behalf.
15.3 Programs aimed at minors apply additional safeguards: no private one-to-one communication outside the Platform, and stricter rules on recordings and on publishing Learners' work.
16.1 Trainers and Partners must be qualified in their field, deliver what the Product page promises, respect Learners, and respond within the timeframes set out in Section 7.
16.2 They are prohibited from requesting payments or personal contact details from Learners outside the Platform. They are prohibited from using Learners' data in their own marketing without consent.
16.3 We monitor quality through Learner feedback, completion data and ratings, and take the necessary action where there are justified concerns.
16.4 Prohibition on contracting and direct communication outside the Platform. Partners, trainers and students are prohibited from communicating or carrying out financial or contractual transactions relating to the Platform's Products outside the official channels of Al Alamah Al Mumayazah Information Technology Company. In the event of a breach, the Company is entitled to cancel the accounts and to claim commercial compensation from the breaching party for lost commissions and amounts.
We review these Policies at least once a year, and whenever the standards of the National eLearning Center (NELC) or the laws change. The current version and its date are always published on the Platform.
